It is the customers responsibility to:

1. Remove furniture, carpet, underlay and gripper rods from the rooms.
2. Replace furniture. 
3. Dispose of any refuse which includes timber, used abrasives and dust bags.
4. Supply door threshes before work is completed. (We do not return to fit threshes.)
5. Payment on completion of contracted works. 
6. To pay any parking fines if they cannot supply a valid parking permit.
